    Sergiu Zorger was born in Cluj-Napoca, Romania in the beginning of the 90’s. 2012 he migrated to Germany for filmmaking studies at the Cologne Academy of Media Art. Since then he was involved as a freelance video editor, dramaturgic consultant or assistant director in countless TV productions. He has directed two short fiction films and is currently in postproduction with a documentary called “Everything I wanted to tell my brother about politics”, about the recent protest history of Romania. He has been active also in multiple NGOs and currently divides his time between trade union work at the “Free Workers Union”, developing the “O altă poveste” website for archiving romanian protest culture and as a trainer for the CEE branch of the Ulex activism training network.
