    Telarico, Fabio Ashtar (Naples, 1998) is fluent in Italian, English, and Bulgarian. He is a PhD researcher in Statistics at the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia) where he has worked since 2021. He also holds a MA in Southeastern European Studies from the universities of Graz and Belgrade. Besides academic lectures, conferences, and publications, Telarico has written for various magazines and is currently cooperating with the Foundation for European Progressive Studies (FEPS) and the European Liberal Forum (ELF).
